It is IRE’s intention to only purchase corn that is #2 or better quality with 16.0% or less moisture content. IRE may allow #3 quality or moisture content up to 17.0% to be unloaded, with the below discounts to apply. IRE may, at any time, choose not to accept #3 quality corn, or moisture content above 16.0% depending on the current processing situation. Please note the quality factors below that will, under no circumstance, be unloaded at IRE.

51.9 lbs. and below will be rejected

| Other Factors |
Heat damage, Musty, Sour, Heating, Infested, and COFO will be rejected.
Aflatoxin maximum of 10 PPB. Aflatoxin test method to be selected and performed by IRE or party selected by IRE.
Seller warrants that no water has been added to the grain delivered to IRE at any time or for any purpose except when used as a carrier for residual insecticides at manufacturers recommended levels.
